Narcissa Malfoy: Good or Bad?

I don't know if Nacissa is good or bad.  I lean towards bad but not 
quite evil.  However, I want to admit up front that I am working 
mostly on impressions and very little evidence.

I don't think Narcissa is a Death Eater.  I do think she is 
prejudice against muggle-borns.  I think she supports the ideals 
Voldemort holds, but I don't think she's commited any violence 
against muggle or muggle-borns.  Basically I think she's a 
sympathizer.

I do think she loves Draco very much.  I base this mostly on how 
Draco reacted when she was insult.  It was much more extreme than 
his reaction when his father was insulted.  That leads me to believe 
he feels for more protective (and probably closer) to his mother.  
She also wanted to keep Draco close to home.
