Not really - plumbing techniques depend on the ability to get a good supply of water and water pressure. Muggles have only had the likes of large pumping stations, and individual pumps for the likes of showers, for a relatively short time. in the WW, the transportation and delivery of large amounts of water can be done magically, so plumbing fixtures would have been developed far earlier than in the Muggle world. Hence, fixtures that look to us to be 150 years old, could have been in place 500 years or more.
