Order of the Phoenix ?

Perhpas, in a literary sense, it is the Order of the Phoenix because 
the group, like a phoenix, disbanded (died) and now reformed 
(emerged from the ashes).  Of course, the original members couldn't 
have known that's what would happen, but it is a nice little 
theory.  But then, by that logic, good ole' Voldemort is something 
of a phoenix himself.  Maybe, because Sirius was in the Order, this 
means he will rise from the dead??? (wishful thinking, i know, but 
I'll cling to any shred of hope)
