Lily are full-blood wizard and that she is the first witch in a long

many generations. There has to be a reason for Petunia's being so 
very anti-wizardry (compare and contrast with the paranoia of the WW 
toward Muggles). In fact, the only characters who have a family feud 
thing going between Muggles and wizards are Tom Riddle and Harry 
Potter.
