   I doubt it. As Sirius has been quoted on many times, "the world 
isn't made up of good guys and DEs."  I think Fudge is just a 
selfish, power-hungry git. I agree whole-heartedly with Harry when 
he thinks, in Ch. 36 of GoF, that Fudge is simply "refusing, point-
blank, to accept the prospect of disruption in his comfortable and 
ordered world." In other words, he's (can't remember who I'm quoting 
now), "changing facts to fit his views." However, I'm sure Vmort 
might take advantage of Fudge's closedmindedness (is that a word?) 
to bring him over to the dark side. Sorry for the overload of 
quotes. ^-^
