I wonder about that wasp buzzing distractedly in the window during the Transfiguration O.W.L..  Wonder who that could be?  (When Harry was trying to practice Summoning Spells).  JKR doesn't just put in bugs for no reason.  Sorry if this has already been discussed to death.

Kinda has... but, no I don't think it's ANOTHER animagus. But if it is, it had better be Dumbledore (and no more animagi after this!). He's the most powerful wizard alive, and an ex-transfiguration teacher. If anyone should be an animagus, it's him. And even if his animagical form isn't a wasp, he can always just plain old transfigure himself.
