Deaths:
Fudge will either die, or resign in disgrace.  Arthur Weasley will 
become the new minister of magic.

Voldemort will kill Dumbledore.

One of the three eldest Weasley brothers will die (Percy, Charlie, or 
Bill).

Snape will die in the process of saving Harry's life.

Future careers:
Harry will become an auror.
Ron will become a professional Quidditch Keeper.
Hermione will either become a healer, or work for the Ministry.
Neville will become the permanent DADA teacher.

Other predictions:
Dumbledore is a wasp animagus.

James Potter was the DADA teacher at Hogwarts before he died.

"Either must die at the hand of the other" refers to three people, 
not two.  "Either (Harry or Voldemort) must die at the hand of the 
other (Peter Pettigrew)".
