That is interesting - although there are more obvious clues that she
likes Ron, e.g kissing him on the cheek before the quidditch match
(you can consture kissing harry On the cheek at the end of GoF
because he'd been through so much - friendly goodbye), but kissing
Ron before a match...and not Harry?
but yeah, i think she respects Harry more - I thinka ctually she's
ve3ry protective of both of them - woudln't really like any girl
coming between her and either of them because that would threaten her
relationship with them - I mean, they both rely on her a great deal
for help with work, guidance on things - they generally accept that
Hermione knows a great deal about everything and they do listen to
what she says, even if they moan at her! So having another female
taking her place with either would ruffle her feathers - I suppose
she'll have to choose.
My horrible fear is that the triangle could never really continue,
adn that Harry dying at the end of 7 would = R/H ending up as just
the two of them - I don't mean by any means that this will be the
reason for Harry dying or the krux to the plot - but it would resolve
that eternal problem between the three of them.
As for Harry liking Hermione - I don't think so, not at all yet - no
hints whatsoever - he does say she isn't ugly, when she said he ought
to've told Cho she was, but that's just a friendly thing...no signs
of it yet.
Right, really ought to do some work,
Ffi
