Anti Neville being "The One"

Harry is the only one who can Kill Tom Riddel.
Notice that Dumbledore called Lord V. "Tom" because Dumbledore is 
Tom's (LV) superior, but he (Dumbledore) cannot kill him.
Nevile is not the chosen one.  The books are not called "Neville 
Longbottom and the ...."  If JKR tries to pull a fast one and 
inserts Neville as the chosen one then that will be a huge 
dissapointment for her vast army of fans.  I believe that there will 
be some "confusion" in the characters and Neville may come to a 
crossroads of revelations that he may be the one to Kill L.V.( 
thereby getting himself and those around him in mortal danger), but 
in the end it will Be Harry Potter that will rise up to the trial  
and save his friends (Hermione, Ron, and Neville) in what will be in 
the Wizarding World a battle of mythic proportions.  The boy with 
the scar will prevail saving his friends.  Harry will be on the road 
to becomming a wizard in the footsteps of Dumbledore, possibly 
becomming the headmaster of Hogwarts.
