I don't think that it's beyond the bounds of possibility for #fred
and George to become significant players in the war against Voldemort
and the death eaters. I think they may become aurors behind the
facade of Weasley's Wizard Wheezes. Before anyone jumps in to say
that they do not, having left school earlier than planned, have the
required number of NEWTS (or OWL for that matter), remember that
these are strange and difficult times coming up, and that they seemed
to be despersate to join the order in Book 5. I see their fathers
position at the ministry becoming stronger and his being able to use
his influence both at the ministry and as part of the order to help
them be trained. Both Fred and George have displayed a remarkable
aptitude for being good at stuff that interests them - I don't think
their lack of formal qualifications will or should necessarily hold
them back in this instance.
