question........Dobby and Harry.........question

I was wondering about something.....well it has been driving me 
crazy..........In SS/PS how was it that Dobby had Harry's letters 
from his friends.....I thought that letter carriers (owls) deliver 
just to whom the letter is intended for....How did Dobby do this????

Please if anyone knows the answer to this or was wondering about 
this also let me know.....
