The different mentions seem to amount to every other child taking after a particular 
parent. Bill, Percy and Ron are lanky like Mr. Weasley. While Charlie, Fred and George 
are stockier like Mrs. Weasley. And there is clear mention in OotP of Ginny setting her 
jaw and looking startingly like Fred and George.
