Where is Croaker?

I don't remember reading about Bode and Croaker...what was the 
context?

Even without context, though, it's not hard to draw the connection 
between "croaker," and things that croak: TOADS.  This could refer to 
Neville's toad Trevor, but it seems more likely that it has something 
to do with Umbridge, who is always described as looking like a toad.  
Perhaps others have noticed the resemblance and nicknamed her?
