Why would Harry remember Blaise?  I know he has had classes with 
him.  However, we saw at the beginning of OotP that Harry doesn't 
know (or at least isn't sure of) the names of several Hufflepuffs in 
his herbology class.  If Harry doesn't particulally care about 
someone or specifically get introduced to them, he doesn't seem 
bother learning their name.
