Me:  Hi, fred!  Collage, eh?  Must have been art school... ;-)

For canonical references, consider the Creeveys.  Colin says his dad's a milkman.  What 
are the chances that a milkman (in ANY country) makes enough money to pay private-
school-equivalent tuition for something as far outside the mainstream as Hogwarts?
