There's your answer right there. Snape was looking at him, but so was 
Voldemort-in-Quirrell. Harry just doesn't suspect Quirrell, because the man looks 
'harmless' to him, while Snape is aggressive and threatening the next time Harry 
meets him (the first Potions class).
