What about Kreacher? I know he has to obay Sirius but Dobby had to obay his
master Mr Malfoy aswell AND HE DIDN'T  !!!!! It was him who didn't want
Harry to go back to school. We know from OoP that Kreacher wasn't fond of
Sirius in any way so he could have refused to serving him just the same way
Dobby did...
