This is a great point.  I never thought of it before now.  On page 
804, 
Harry flung the prophecy across the floor, Neville spun himself 
around on his back and scooped the ball to his chest.  

Now, supposedly only the people who have names on the prophecy can 
get it.  I'm not sure it means that after the person has taken it 
that other people can hold it.  A few of the DE's tell Harry to give 
them the prophecy.  If only H or Vold. can hold it then they wouldn't 
be able to either.  Maybe they didn't realize this though.  So, 
either the prophecy is about Neville also, or anyone can touch it 
after the first person takes it off the shelf.    Diana
