Professor Binns

Hey all!!  I haven't posted for a while, just been trying to read everything and keep up with school, LOL!!  (Don't know how successful I've been either!)  I'm not sure if this has been discussed but it's one of the things that has been bothering me since I read OOP for the first time.  Why didn't Umbridge ever go and inspect Prof. Binns?  I don't have a theory on this, and if this has allready been chewed up and spit out forgive me for reasking and just point me in the right direction :-).  I just find it odd that we hear about her inspecting every other professor and yet it's mentioned several times that she is never in Prof. Binns class?  Why is this?  Any thoughts??
