it's hard to believe Voldemort could seriously trust him again. But

-Maritza:
Molly specifically said- "He's just arrived, the meeting's
started..." I'm assuming the "He" she's referring to is Dumbledore
for the simple reason he's the leader of the group. I don't think
they would start the meeting just because the informer (if there is
one) had arrived. I could be wrong.
We know most of the Order has been identified, because Ron and the
others told Harry they've "met about 20 of them." So obviously
there's more than one unknown.
Let us see who is in the Order in the first place, shall we? We have 1-Dumbledore, 2-Moody, 3-Tonks, 4-Mundungus, 5-Snape 6-Molly Weasley, 7-Arthur Weasley 8-Lupin, 9-Sirius Black, 10-Hagrid, 11-Arabella Figg (a Squib). Then who are we missing? I must have missed one or two at least! There must be several unknowns or are we just given an estimate?
I certainly don't think Snape is the only one to blame for the entire thing. There was certainly another someone involved. What about the reference to the Hog's Head where there is an odd and old man that remains unnamed? Or perhaps the man that needed a listening horn at St. Mungo's to hear what the nurse said (also delivered the Devil's Snare Plant to Bode in the hospital)? Or what about the old man (again) that is listening from the bar at the Hog's Head in the initial meeting of the D.A.? Are all of these people the same person and is that one of the spies that is working the "double agent" job?
