Naama: I disagree. Don't you think it more likely to be the plans of
the Ministry of Magic, or specifically of the Department of
Mysteries, where members of the Order will be keeping guard for LV?

Naama: Interesting question. That brings to mind something I've been
thinking about for some time - could Snape and Malfoy have been
school friends? I remember Sirius throwing something at Snape about
being Lucius Malfoy's dog, and I sincerely doubt Sirius would know
this from anywhere other than his school days. And Malfoy and Snape
are very close in age - Malfoy is 41, and Snape should be 36 or 37
(according to JKR). Why they would maintain that friendship after
LV's fall from power is anyone's guess - wouldn't Malfoy know that
Snape was a spy, considering the influence he had at the Ministry?
