How about thinner lines for the GIFs? it's impossible to read anything. 
perhaps larger images to show more detail, too. or maybe you should 
make maps with less _real_ detail, for example, just an icon rather 
than 12 miniature stalls to mean the toilet.

Incidentally, you've got Myrtle's toilet on the wrong floor... it's 
described as being the "first" floor in one place and the "second" 
elsewhere in an american version, which says to me it's on the floor 
one up from the ground floor, labeled as the "first floor" on your map.

can't you get free space somewhere? geocities, failing anywhere else, 
maybe.
