you claimed quite explicitly that had this thread been posted there
rather than here you would have missed it. that certainly doesn't imply
you're a member of it.

because the group policy quite clearly says "referencing *only* the
books". see below... i very much dislike _all_ situations where a rule
is not a rule, and would like to at least know in advance what rules
i'm not required to make any attempt to follow.
