I agree that she had probably practised the spells
herself, but she didn't used them "in action" as Harry
had done. That's what they are trying to learn, not
just the spells, nut the mentality of a fight. They
are going over the spells because it should be very
well known so that they won't stop to think, "shoot,
what was the spell that made the opponent stop?" The
mentality of the fight is what they are learning. As
"Moody" taught them some practical sense as well as
curses, Harry is teaching them to fight.
