My opinion too. If the Order had not been called this way the first 
time around, I'd be fine with it. But why ever call it like that the 
first time ? Was it a reference to a previous Order, maybe one DD had 
created while fighting Grindelwald ?

But I'm reminded of what DD told Fudge when Umbridge told them about 
the DA : "DD's army, not Harry Potter's army". So if this is the 
Order of the Phoenix, and not DD's Order, what does it mean ?

It's probably something like that. But are Fawkes and DD friends (we 
can't say that DD owns Fawkes) because DD is the Headmaster, or for 
some other reason ?
