Yes, but is it plausible that Snape would be in love with a member 
of the Order?  He'd be far too suspicious that someone like that 
would want to use him for information to allow her to get close.  
This is the PRE-conversation Snape, after all.  I think it's more 
likely that he'd fall in love with a fellow Voldemort-supporter, or 
someone who wasn't involved in the war at all - maybe a Muggle.  A 
fellow-worker on the Dark Side who wasn't sufficiently loyal could 
have been killed - that's what happened to Regulus Black, after 
all.
