Also, Percy's letter to Ron, trying to warn him off his friendship 
with Harry!   That can be taken as Percy being a total prat OR, since 
Umbridge was monitoring the mail, that could have been "for show"...  
so many spy theories!  LOL!  I just assumed since Fudge has publicly 
admitted Dumbledore and Harry were correct, and that Moldywart is 
back, if Percy was just being a git, he would make up with his family 
in book 6.
