I don't know the pages or the exact lines but the second reference
I'm pretty sure refers to the letter that Mrs Weasley sends back to
her children stating that Arthur is still alive and she is headed to
St Mungos. It was attached to a tail feather and I remember DD
stating that he would send Fawkes to alert Molly about Arthur as
soon as Fawkes was done with looking out for Umbridge.
