Sorry, Ashley, but I disagree.  These Death Eaters are vicious 
killers.  I don't think for one minute that, if Harry had been more 
focused and not so concerned about saving Sirius, he wouldn't have 
destroyed their wands if he had the chance.  I don't think that, 
even if there was a "code of honor" among wizards regarding wands 
(which I don't think there is), that Harry would have that respect 
for the DE's and their wands.  In times of war, the rules totally 
change!
