But even if you make a hundred phoenix cored wands with Fawkes's 
feathers and give them to everyone in the order they still won't work 
as well as Harry's or Voldemort's wands by the very fact that the 
wands weren't "made" for them and they probably won't do the whole 
regurgitation thing seen in GoF.
