This will sound ridiculous, of course, but the other day I had a dream that someone on this list got access to OoP and posted, without a spoiler warning: The Death is WORMTAIL! I woke up really upset that the whole thing had been ruined for me.  :)  

When I got my wits back, though, I started to wonder if Wormtail could actually be the death. I know we consider it to be a good guy, since it's supposed to be emotionally distressing, but what if Wormtail dies saving Harry because of his life debt? That might be very sad if it's done the right way.
