What if limbs can only be regrown with skelegrow when they have magically
been removed? Or they can only be regrown when the limb is still there?
Harry's whole arm wasn't gone just the bones inside of it, whereas with the
old (pre-Hagrid) teacher of CoMC I took it as the limbs were _gone_
completely! As with Mad Eye Moody.
