Actually, my line goes "You'll forgive me Dumbledore, but I've never heard of 
a curse scar acting as an alarm bell before ..."
I have the US Hardback with the numbers 10 9 8 7 (so is that 7th edition?).  
I think it's another one of those "ancestor v. descendant" deliberate error 
things.
