OOP: AOL/Amazon.com snippet

Umm... this is going to be much more boring than you've anticipated 
from my title. In fact this post is practically useless, but not 
*completely* unless no one anwsers my query. Anyways I just want to 
know if were allowed to post from the audio snippet from 
AOL/Amazon.com...because the Leaky Cauldron warns people not do so 
on their site, and I don't want HPFGUs to incur any legal problems.
