Oh I hope not. At least not right away or in any sort of permanent 
fashion like Nick.  
Cedric "walking" the halls of Hogwarts would be too much trauma for too 
many people, his death is still too new.  It would bring back too many 
memories of the incident for Harry, it would hurt the people in his 
house--especially Cho.  I think it would impact the ability of Cho to 
"move on" from this relationship (even though I know it didn't 
explicitly state they were dating).  

Also, even though Cedric's "ghost" was described more as a shadow, the 
fact that Cedric asked Harry to bring back his body to his parents shows 
me that he knew he was dead and he realized, in an accepting way, what 
had happened.  I think this leaves very little ability for him to have 
unfinished business to deal with.
