Hi,

I really don`t know, if I`m in danger to make a perfect fool of 
myself, now, by possibly riding a Dead Horse ( positively the only 
horses I`m capable to clamber without any help in regarding of my 
deficient height, sadly)- all the same: lately, whilst proudly 
proving my parents wrong by citing from my lexicon ( could be a song, 
eh?), I stumbled over the term "Vila". Whereas the spelling differs a 
bit from "Veela", it shouldn`t distract that much, since that lexicon 
is in German.
I always thought JKR made those creatures up. Indubitable, the 
calculation "Vila" = "Veela" seems to be about right, since:
"Vilas" are maids of marvellous beauty, with floating blond hair, 
recurrently in the shape of hawks (!), swans, wolfes or horses. Next 
was chilling news to me: "Vilas" are the restless souls of deceased 
maids, coming back to lure clueless men in their fatal round dance. 
The "Vila"- legends are Slavonic folklore, were "Vilas" are some sort 
of wind- or death  ghosts. (gives the impression Mr. Weasley has full 
right to warn his boys about the Veelas, doesn`t it? And how "veela" 
is Fleur

Dug up news (haven`t got the time to check The HP Lexicon and 
archives, very sorry.)? Hope so, since the weather promises to make 
all old stuff fast foul.

Oh, oh, oh, oh, OH! *FIVE* days until Happy- Potter- Day! Therefore 
I´ll better make MY rock- solid predictions ( uh- seeing that my 
predictions are *way* too unsophisticated I calculated: ¼+ ¼+ ¼+ ¼= 1 
forecast, accepted?):

a) there is going to be an Anti- Muggle- campaign in Hogwarts (then 
Hermione shifts from SPEW to HMMM!- Haven for Muggles marked 
Mudbloods)
 allowed, from the time when Dumbledore is no longer 
Hogwart`s Headmaster shattering that fusty sort of conflict

b) we will gain knowledge of about the Giant Squid (maybe it`s there 
for an economic cause? Remember Hogwarts apears to have it`s unique 
greenish ink. Oh well, just a thought)
 almost certainly we won´t 
learn for what obscure reason the Slytherin Common Rooms are located 
*below* The Lake (*huffsinfrustration*) 


c) Either Ron (Eloise?) or Hermione (Neville?) will be kissed against 
their will- or both of  them *wink*- that would be the two of them 
kissing each other during a row (Oh, how hollywoodish would THAT be!? 
Heavens help! *h/hrsphippercomingthrough*). Rrroight!

d) Hagrids death (Sooo confident .annie., really? – Supposed to be, 
since I have exactly 26 bets on it- either OotP makes me rich, or 
very, very poor and timorous. Oh, my.) is causing the trio to cement -
for good- after a *really* horrible dispute *pipesfarmerofthedell*.

e) Either Ginny or Neville will join the trio after a mountain- troll-
ish rescuing act. (*stillstickingtoaneville/ginnySHIP*)


 oh, obviously mathematics and English arn`t counting to my 
strengths, pity.
