If the Dursleys did attend the wedding, I can't picture them relaxing
enough to get to know the other guests.  Perhaps show up for the
ceremony, but make up an excuse to avoid the reception.  I think
they'd be too worried about being seen in such company (I assume that
there were other Muggles there, Lily's family as well as possible
childhood friends) to worry about the best man's name.  And despite
the unusual first name, the surname Black is easily forgettable.
