I don't think it's true, but I always thought it was the coolest idea.
Ron would SO MUCH hate having his mother for a teacher. Wouldn't we
all? And, hate having her fussing over him in front of the other
students. I though this would open up such a fun plot line for Ron.
Well, miserable for Ron, but fun for us.

Of course, part of this plot line would be Ron's new found but
unexpressed respect for his mother as a formidable witch. All this
time, he just thought she was a mother and a housewife, now he finds
out that she is one powerful and knowledgable magical force to be
recond with.

I would love it if this idea was true, but sadly, I don't think it is.

Just a thought.
