Hmmm... I sincerely doubt that JKR has sold off enough of her 
control of the HP franchise that she would allow Warner etc to 
dictate plot details.  I mean, if what JKR says is true, the AOL-T-W 
folks don't even know what's in the books until after they're 
published.
