1. What do you all think of House Elves now, especially with the
awful Kreacher being introduced? Do they really choose their lot or
are they completely "trained" by their owners (as Dumbledore
implied)?
I think Kreacher was trained to hate. I mean, Mrs. Black, that
evil woman, obviously hated her son and hated that he had anything
to do with "half breeds" and "blood traitors". Kreacher probably
picked up on that, since he loved his Mistress so much. There was no
doubt he was evil and maniacal and deserved to rot in hell for doing
something like that, but I'm sure he would have turned out
differently if he served a different family.

2. What do you think of Harry using Crucio on Bellatrix? This was a
big shock to me.
I would've done it. The things she was saying would drive anyone
to the point of wanting her to hurt as much as they did, to watch
her twitch and scream. If anyone ever took my dad or father figure
away from me, I'd be out for blood.

3. Why do you think JKR chose for Sirius to be the one to die? Was
she taking it too far for Harry?
It's awful that such a thing happened to Sirius. He was the only
family Harry had left. Sure he has the Weasleys, but they're not the
people Harry feels bonded to. Sirius was, in a way, his only father
he'd ever known.

4. What do you think of the way JKR portrays the MoM - and
government in general?
It just goes to show that wizards are no better than Muggles when
it comes to power and stubbornness.

5. Should Hagrid stay on as CoMC teacher? Am I the only one who
continues to think he's a moron?
He's stupid, yes, but still . .he means well, I know he does. :D

6. Why did Percy turn his back on his family, especially his mother?
What will become of him now?
It's simple. Percy is an ambitious, power hungry git who
deserves to rot for hurting his mother and father and brothers and
sister so horribly. I, for one, will never like Percy again. I used
to think he was just misunderstood, but given a chance, he could
prove himself to not be the pompous jerk we all thought he was. This
just goes to show that I've been proven wrong, yet again.

7. Are we supposed to dislike James Potter now?
I think JK was just trying to show that no one's perfect. And
that a lot of people are nasty at that age. Fifteen's a difficult
age to be, I know this because I am fifteen. I still don't think he
should've been so mean to Severus. I, for one, think Sev is quite
intriguing and if given a chance, he could be a really nice person.
But I was wrong about Percy "I'm a Stupid Whore" Weasley, so I could
be wrong about Sev, too.

8. Who else dreamed about Harry last night?
I did! Harry and the Hulk for some reason. Odd. ;)
