The only person that I really felt was considerably fleshed out more was
Sirius, and look what good that did us. Going along with that, there wasn't
much description of the actual Order of the Phoenix, either.
I have to disagree with this point. The most obvious character development is
with Harry. I mean he has so much anger in this book that just wasnt in the
others. I have to say that while it was difficult to read, I am glad he is not
so sugary and perfect as he has been in the past. Second, Ginny was way
developed in this book. She became so much stronger and so much more interesting as
a character and possible love interest forr Harry. third, dumbeldore became so
much more fleshed out. He made a huge mistake in this book. He showed so much
emotion that we have never seen before. Fourth, Ron really stepped up in this
book and became mre of an individual and less of a sidekick. Fifth, Hermione
really chilled out substantially and became a lot more caring and
considerate. So I think that character development was terrific. But I agree, it was
terrible to see sirius go!
