sirius+harry's "dreams" (spoilers ahead)

I saw that coming a mile away (not specifically with sirius, but with 
someone). what i mean is L Voldemort*Gasp, i said his name* using 
harry's mind to lure him into a trap. What I do not understand is why 
Dumbledore specifically tell harry how important Occlumency was so LV 
couldn't toy with harry's brain...

btw, just a random note, how many OWLs do you think harry will get? I 
reckon he will get around 4-5, maybe 6

obviously he did badly in history of magic, and another subject which 
I can't remember at this moment.
