The point, I guess, is that life just isn't fair.  Just because 
you're on the side of the Light doesn't mean you don't get killed--
I'm thinking of Mrs Weasley's fears, which are very real.  She knows 
very well that being in the Order mean that half of her family could 
die (I think they'll be lucky if only one member dies).  And that 
Harry being the golden boy, so as to speak, doesn't mean that 
everything is smooth-going for him, that he can do no wrong 
(obviously he makes mistakes).
