Adding another question:

Why does Neville have his Dad's wand?  Aren't wizards at their best 
with their own wand????  And that also brings up the question, how 
could Ron have been using Bill (or was it Charlie's) old wand?  Would 
a wizard need to get a new one?? Wouldn't the ONE attach it to it's 
wizard for life??
