Ok...an alternative view: was anyone impressed with JKR for having 
Harry use Crucio? While I hated having to see Harry use dark magic, 
I am glad that JKR is not going to take the safe easy route. As a 
fan of Harry's, I wish he hadn't, but as a fan of the books, I 
actually wish it had worked, because that would have been really 
interesting to resolve.
