 I must be going off my rocker too. 
It frankly to me makes no sense.
either must die at the hand of the other... Ok this is logically 
definitive. In more than one interpretation but nonetheless logicall 
definitive.
for ..neither*..can*..live..while..the..other..survives.
OUCH* my brain hurts JK! What does it mean? Do they both live, or 
both die, or is "either neither" a code for something.
