There is always a funny twist that Harry can pull on VOldermort.. 
Maybe all voldermort needs is a hug? From what we got in books 2 and 
3 Tom Riddle didn't have too good a relationship with his parents... 
at least enough to kill them. So maybe voldermort just never 
recieved any love? Hmmm.. interesting
