More OoTP Questions - SPOILERS!!

Okay, I was looking over some chapters again last night and came up with some more questions:



1.  Isn't the use of Crucio or *any* of the Unforgivable Curses, immediate grounds for being sent to Azkaban? Granted, Harry felt 'righteous anger", but still.....

2. *What* hit Ron so badly, that he was giggling and almost incoherent during the fight?? He was bleeding from his mouth so I assume he bit his own tongue??

"Accio Brain!"   LOL!

3. With the Dementors gone from Azkaban, what will they keep all prisoners there anymore??

4.  Why would Harry have been asked to do a Patronus Charm as an extra credit during his Owls?  I understand that it was meant as extra credit, but would they ask the other students to do something similar?  I think Harry will be tapped to have something to do with Dementors later on....

5.  Dumbledore told Harry that in there was a closely guarded room that contained a power "more terrible than death..." and that Harry possesses "...in such quantities".   What is that power or force??
