OOP: Harry's Career Choice- Mentor

Harry wants to be an auror.  The requirements are: 
5 NEWTs with nothing under (E) grade in
DADA, Transfiguration, Charms, Potions but I couldn't find
mention of the fifth course. Any ideas? Perhaps it could be 
in any other course like an elective. (Harry thinks he did well in 
the Herbology OWL so he will likely an E)  

The ranking system is (as listed in Chapter 15):
O-Outstanding
E-Exceeds Expectations
A-Acceptable (the last pass grade)
P-Poor
D-Dreadful
T-Troll (according to George)

Harry needs to obtain an "E" OWL in transfiguration and an "O" in 
Potions in order to be accepted into 6th & 7th year NEWT courses. 
Considering the OWLs are marked by outside examiners Harry has a good 
chance of at least an "A" in Potions maybe an "E" but highly unlikely 
to get an "O". Perhaps McGonagall with tutor him? since Snape seems 
unlikely to lower his standards or will Dumbledore force him to accept
Harry since it is his "destiny" to fight dark wizards?

Just rambling thoughts...
