I too think those ships are doomed. At this point I am thinking that 
Hermione and Neville could be a very real possibilty, as could 
Hermione/One of the twins. Hey, stop looking at me funny! I thought 
the introduction of Luna was interesting. I could see her paired with 
Ron (or maybe maybe maybe with Harry) if her character gets more 
development in the next two books.
